Two bills introduced this Legislative Session would establish statewide requirements for how retailers must schedule employees.

Small business owner and Representative Gina Mosbrucker participated in an interview with Director of Communications Jim Szymanski during which she outlined the complications and problems mandated schedules would impose on retailers. She also explained that while HB 1491 and SB 5717 have not moved through the Legislative process this year, further discussion on them is expected in 2020.
