WR board member Sean Brownlee has won an Alumni Volunteer Service Award from his Alma Mater, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

Brownlee is CEO and President of Ravenox, a North Carolina based American rope and cordage manufacturing company. Brownlee is a Special Operations United States Marine with more than 21 years of global service.

Besides being recognized as a Retail Champion for his advocacy by the National Retail Federation, Brownlee mentors students and promotes sustainable emergency preparedness in Monterey County, where he studied at Middlebury.
