With negotiations on bipartisan infrastructure legislation at a critical point, WR joined the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other businesses to encourage the advancement of a meaningful infrastructure agreement.

The letter reiterated the positive impacts of infrastructure investment and how it will create new jobs, spur economic growth, sustain the economy for the long term, and improve the quality of life for every American—urging both sides of the aisle to enact much-needed infrastructure legislation before the August recess.

The message was clear. “America’s productivity, global competitiveness, and quality of life depend on all Members of Congress to make a durable commitment and outline a clear strategy that will invest in and modernize our crumbling roads, bridges, transit, rail, water and energy infrastructure, access to broadband, and more.”
