The monthly report on general fund revenue collections released by Washington’s Economic and Revenue Forecast Council (ERFC) on Tuesday of this week revealed that once again, overall tax revenues are exceeding forecasts adopted just two months ago.

Combining revenues from all taxes, including sales, use, utility, liquor, cigarette, property, real estate excise tax, unclaimed property, and business and occupations taxes, the total amount received was $139 million (6.5%) above ERFC’s Sept 24 forecast.
