The lovely Spring weather greeted me this week on my first day at Washington Retail. As the Vice President of Operations and Retail Services, my aspiration is all about strengthening our team with my diverse insurance, finance, and teamwork experience.

My primary goal is to empower our members with tangible services to successfully ride above the ever-changing market and regulatory environments. My first 90 days’ objectives are to:

• Build on past successes while strengthening operations and services
• Identify and prioritize our members’ needs through developing an engagement plan
• Maximize the existing team’s potentials individually and as a team to support our members
