The DOH COVID-19 Vaccine Action Command and Coordination System (VACCS) Center is interested to hear from businesses that could use assistance in organizing on-site or nearby pop-up clinics to make it easy for employees to get vaccinated. With the reopening of Washington on June 30, it became even more critical to remove remaining obstacles keeping Washingtonians from getting vaccinated, which include:

  1. Health of the employee and their family, friends, and loved ones
  2. Health and safety of your workforce
  3. Health and safety of your customers
  4. Reduction of business productivity loss due to COVID-19 illness

VACCS Center partners have worked over the past six months to create efficient and effective vaccination sites and campaigns across Washington. If you could use assistance in creating an employer vaccination site initiative for your business, email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Employer Name, address, contact person, and details
  2. Number of employees
  3. Number, or percent, of unvaccinated employees (if data available)
  4. Preferred timing for a vaccination site campaign

Any restrictions, constraints that might affect vaccination event planning
