With the various COVID employee retention tax credits and loan forgiveness opportunities offered to employers, businesses that are not operating at 100% may be looking for ways to keep their workers engaged.

Offering training to upskill employees may be the perfect answer. From now till June 12th, the RISE Up Retail Industry Fundamentals course is available for free while two courses are offered at a 50% discount.

The RISE Up program includes three courses: Retail Industry Fundamentals, Customer Service and Sales and the Business of Retail: Operations and Profit. Each covers valuable skills and industry information that helps current or prospective employees thrive in retail careers.
