The U.S. Supreme Court is planning to hear arguments on federal vaccine mandate tomorrow, but businesses with over 100 employees should prepare to comply by this coming Monday, January 10.

WR does not recommend waiting until after the court hands down its decision to avoid potential OSHA fines.
