The National Retail Federation’s Foundation seeks nominations for its plan to spotlight 20 Black-owned small businesses this summer and fall. The publicity campaign will be on national television and on digital and social platforms.

The new campaign will be similar to one concluded featuring small businesses that were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. That campaign featured the rope and cordage sales company Ravenox, owned by Washington Retail board member Sean Brownlee.

The publicity campaign includes airtime on the QVC and HSN networks, live show content on YouTube and streaming services and a podcast with each winning small business.

The nomination deadline is July 13. Read more and apply here.
