Kim Kendall has joined the Retail Services’ team as a Senior Claims Analyst.
She brings more than 25 years’ experience representing Retrospective Rating members in industries including logging, nursing homes, automotive, hospitality and restaurants.
In addition to her team approach to processing workers’ compensation cases, Kim also analyzes potential financial risks and performs in-depth research before resolving claims.
