The Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission requires each responsible pharmacy manager or equivalent manager to make certain their annual self-inspection is completed during the month of March, or within thirty (30) days of naming a new responsible pharmacy manager or equivalent manager.
The new rules went fully into effect on March 1, 2021. Use this link to download the self-inspection worksheets. Additional information can be found here. After the forms have been completed and reviewed by the pharmacy (or equivalent) manager, the form(s) should be filed on-site and easily accessible to the commission’s pharmacist inspectors.
