Employment Security has launched a website – paidleave.wa.gov – that allows employers to begin making reports and premium payments online. Employee benefits for the program are scheduled to start in January 2020.
ESD also has developed a series of materials to help employers create online accounts before making their reports.
The site includes:
- A checklist of things to prepare before reporting
- How-to videos on creating an account, verifying your account, and filing reports (both manually and by uploading a file).
- Detailed instructions to file and pay online
- A new support page where you can find a schedule of planned system maintenance outages and answers to frequently asked technical questions
