A survey of small and medium-sized businesses found increased optimism compared to last year. Despite worker shortages from the “Great Resignation,” supply chain challenges, and soaring Covid infection rates, the survey found that 71% of small businesses are upbeat about 2022, up from 63% last year. And medium-sized businesses are even more optimistic about 2022, with 83% looking forward to 2022, compared to 77% last year.
