South Tacoma Auto has experienced the value of joining Washington Retail’s Retro program. Our staff of claims adjusters do the work for the dealership on managing and closing injury claims while promoting safety to earn a partial refund of workers’ comp insurance premiums.
The letter here from Vice President Angela Aliabadi explains why the dealership values being a Retro member
“Until we contracted with WRA to handle our Labor & Industries claims, I was the point person for my organization in handling L&I claims. I am so relieved to pass these duties on to WRA. All we have to do is make sure the Injury Form and interviews are completed and WRA handles the rest. Although we don’t have a lot of claims, I found that one or two complicated or long-running claims consumed an inordinate amount of my time and I am grateful for WRA to take this task off my hands.
In WRA, we now have a knowledgeable resource who works for us and is on our side. It’s been a Godsend to be able to pick up the phone or send an email to get a question answered quickly or to develop a strategy for managing an injured worker situation if needed.
In addition, the monthly safety emails we receive from WRA are very helpful to our Safety Committee in setting their agenda, safety training and to keep our organization in compliance.”
