Due to a “particularly competitive labor market,” Amazon has announced it is more than doubling its top base salary for corporate employees to $350K.

With the exception of San Francisco and NYC employees who receive a $25K bump, Amazon’s previous maximum base salary for corporate employees in the US was $160K.

These salary changes at the corporate level only seem to broaden the gap between them and Amazon’s warehouse workers, who start at an $18 hourly wage.
