Kemper Freeman, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Kemper Development Company, will receive a Champions of Freedom Award at the Washington Policy Center’s upcoming annual dinner.
The event held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue is scheduled for September 25.
Kemper’s company developed The Bellevue Collection including Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place, the Hyatt Regency and Lincoln Square. He is past chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as a Board Member of Overlake Hospital and Performing Arts Center Eastside. He served two terms in the Washington State Legislature.
Freeman will be honored alongside former Congressman George R. Nethercutt, Jr., who will receive his award at a Spokane dinner in October.
