Employers with establishments of certain sizes and in certain industry sectors must file their completed OSHA Form 300A summary directly with OSHA using the Injury Tracking Application (ITA).

For affected employers, 2019 summaries are due March 2, 2020. The OSHA 300 forms remain unchanged.

Labor & Industries’ rules were changed to match OSHA’s rules regarding this electronic submission. The updated rules became effective on January 1, 2020.

Note: L&I is not involved in this transmission. Affected employers don’t need to send anything to L&I.
