NRF Foundation launches Customer Conflict De-escalation training for front-line workers

The NRF Foundation has partnered with the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) to launch a new 30-minute online course, Customer Conflict De-escalation. As part of the RISE Up program, this training is specifically designed to help front-line retail employees manage conflict.
