The Washington State Organized Retail Crime Association (WAORCA) is hosting an ORC meeting today at the Tukwila Justice Center. These regional meetings gather law enforcement officers, retail loss prevention officers, small business owners, and prosecuting attorneys to report on the numerous retail crimes affecting businesses and the community. Robert Nelson, the President of WAORCA, will lead discussions regarding retail theft and ORC activity in the south King County area.

WR has been an active proponent of WAORCA’s efforts to fight ORC in Washington State, and its involvement is just one of the prongs in its multi-pronged approach to addressing ORC.
