As Washington producers work to minimize plastic packaging, many of WR’s members are working to be part of the recycling solution. The public can use this website to locate a recycling drop-off point nearby for their plastic bags, film, and wrap.

Locations differ as to which types of plastic they will accept. While some will accept bubble wrap and deflated plastic shipping air pillows, others will not accept 6-pack can rings or frozen food bags. It is best to check with the drop-off location ahead of time.

WR members providing plastic recycling locations include Albertsons, Kohl’s, Safeway, Target, and Walmart.
