Crystal covered where retail stands today: the trends reshaping the sector, the workforce pressures owners are navigating, the shifts in consumer behavior, driving decisions, and the economic strengths the Tri-Cities has going for it. Anthony offered a look at the hospitality side, including what hotels and restaurants across the state are up against right now. Together they gave a full room of Tri-Cities business owners and professionals a clear-eyed look at two of the region’s most essential industries heading into the busy summer and fall.
